In this 2-hour workshop - ideal for beginners – we will break down these core ‘yinsentials’ and explore how they can be better understand in our own personal practice.
While there will be a small ‘teaching and learning’ element to this workshop it is essentially a longer-than-usual yin yoga class from which you can expect to emerge with a deeper understanding of the potency of this practice.
