This workshop will explore the core basics of the yin practice - the 'yinsentials'. Focusing on 'feeling' and 'target areas' first and foremost we will marinate in long holds and work into the the outer hips and legs. Rebounds will be present to allow you to fully explore the energy body in yin yoga, and we will end with a deep indulgent savasana. This workshop is open to everyone: Beginners to yin yoga are most welcome - a long workshop is really an ideal opportunity to launch your yinside journey.
