Winter is the most yin of all the seasons and our yin yoga practice is perfect for these colder months. Sunday evening is the optimum time to retreat inwards, cosying up to our bolsters and blankets, and going deep to keep the energy flowing within.
Targeting kidney and urinary bladder meridians, this workshop will really focus on warming the body, particularly the lower back and kidney area. When these meridian lines are in balance we feel fearless and strong, our immune system is boosted, and our energy levels improve. This will be the perfect remedy to counter any winter sluggishness and ensure you're energised for the week ahead.
This yin yoga workshop is open to all students of all levels.
It is a perfect option for first-timers to yin also.
