The hip flexors and hamstrings are areas that nearly all yoga students are regularly working with, and our yin yoga practice is no exception. The tissues we target are different though, as is the intention we bring to our practice. If you are seeking another way of effectively targeting these areas and have never considered yin, this might be an ideal opportunity for you to give it a go!
Targeting urinary bladder meridian in the backs of the legs, and liver and kidney meridians around the hip flexors, during this workshop you will also have an opportunity to delve into the powerful link between the physical and the emotional. Then, in true yogi style, we can practise ‘letting it go’, but never disregarding the lessons and teaching that the practice can offer.
This workshop is suitable for everyone, and beginners to yoga are most welcome.
