This Sunday evening’s 2-hour yin practice will be an exploration into pure surrender as we sink into summer’s slower and more relaxed, mindful pace. We will ensure the entire body is yinned from head to toe with a little extra attention devoted to lower back mobility. You will emerge feeling lovely and limber with an added spring in your step.
