This 2-hour Yin Yoga workshop will focus on reducing stress and anxiety, and it is suitable for absolutely everyone. I'll take time to set up each pose so it’s just right for you, and you can gain 100%benefit from the minutes marinating in each pose.
Sometimes when the mind is stressed, stillness only seems to heighten our awareness of it. Yin yoga can therefore be a challenging practice, but learning to overcome our mental chatter in this context is something that we can practise and get better at. It's an essential skill we can then take off the mat and into the world and our daily lives.
You can expect to feel relaxed and grounded, more able to spot and release negativity and unhelpful thought patterns, and more confident in your ability to deal with them in your yoga practice.
