This workshop will focus on the use of props to enhance sensation in the target areas in your yin yoga practice. There will plenty of long holds, nourishing meridians, New Year reflections and all the rebound releases.
This workshop is suitable for beginners, regular yin practitioners, and probably holds special appeal for other yin yoga teachers. We will look at some of the most commonly taught yin poses and explore how we can use props to go deeper, feel more, and further explore the yinside.
All those with an interest in the yin yoga practice are most welcome.
