Piano and Yoga duo 'Yogaforte' take their live performance and complementary teaching styles to Salt & Soul on Sunday 29th of October at 7.30pm for World Mental Health Awareness Day which took place on October 10th.

This special workshop combines a slow, nourishing yoga sequence, with the melodically and ambient sounds of a live piano, created to cultivate a holistic practice, that brings every one of your senses into harmony.
This Vinyasa and Yin Yoga class will draw from the repertoire of classical music composers who have suffered mental health issues: Brahms, Bruckner, Schumann and Beethoven to name but a few.
Yogaforte are Grace Tempany and Aoife Moriarty.
This class is open level and beginners are enouraged.
