Yin Refresher Day for 100hr Art of Yin Graduates

The Yin Refresher is a recap of The Art of Yin for any 100hr graduate who has taken a break from their Yin practice and teaching, and needs a little trip down functional memory lane.

This full day (8 hours) recap will include anatomy, target areas, meridian theory, language to deepen somatic self-inquiry, and functional teaching skills.

The 100hr Art of Yin certification is a prerequisite for attending this training.

Yin Refresher Curriculum:

  • Functional Anatomy & Skeletal Variation

  • Target areas 14/10/7 & Additional Grace Tempany Method families

  • Meridian Theory review

  • Language Workshop: How to deepen student somatic self-inquiry with your words alone?

  • Functional Teaching Skills: A review
